I live in Pasadena use the one there but been visiting my daughter in Cleveland so come this one was for tires now here getting them rotated they r very nice here very efficient. I wouldn't go to any other but discount tires.
The customer service I received was superior from Jeremy Baker! He shook my hand, introduced himself and went out to my truck to see what I was talking about. He noticed that I had a lump in a tire and recommended that I get a new one. He took me back into the garage and showed me the same tire like what was on my truck. I told him to go ahead and replace it and rotate them as well. He wrote it up and I was out of there a few minuets later. It's nice to know that GREAT customer service is still around! I’ve always used this location and have never been disappointed. I stopped by yesterday to get my tires rotated and balanced after a accident from September. Christian waited on me and was courteous and got me in and out. Great customer service as always. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all the guy’s at Discount tires. ❤️

I went to have air put in my tire at 12:40 pm. They decided to check it for damage due to low psi. At 3:10 pm I asked how much longer and was told that not only had they "fixed" it over an hour earlier but parked it on the back lot. I sat in their front waiting area and not once did they call me, never brought my car around but I had to hike back there to get my car which no one knew where it was!!!
