I had a tire mishap. and I had to stop by because it was an emergency. I am going through cancer treatments and I did not have money to pay for a new tire. they gave me a free tire. Not a used tire but a brand new tire. They went above and beyond. I am so grateful

Not this location! I will be going back to the location that serviced my tires last week. I would think that if I had a "dangerous tire", they would have told me when I had them serviced. All I asked was for this location to check 1 tire for a nail as when I came out from a restaurant the other night, it was flat. It was not flat when I went in and I did not drive on it flat. Steve and his staff were amazing! I have been a long time customer of NTB and decided to try you guys. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. They were very relaxed and I watched as Steve sat down and took time to work with an elderly customer. I reminded me of the lost small town businesses and mentality’s. They were fast and made sure to explain everything about my warranty. We will definitely be doing business with you in the future for our fire department!
