Went to have my snow tires mounted on my car. Got there at 5pm ,stood in line until 5:40 and checked in. Told it could be 4 hour wait (ok, they were busy--I get that), but that I had to be back at 6pm and wait there, in case they were done early. In case they were done 3 1/2 hours early? Meant that I couldn't go get dinner while I waited. Then after I sat there for 3 hours, hungry, they bring my car back and say wheels I have wont work on the car (they said they would when they checked me in).
