Walked into Discount Tire to get my tire looked at this morning, and after I was greeted I was asked if I had a mask. I said that I do not so he proceeded to get me one. I told him that I am exempt from wearing a mask because I cannot medically tolerate a face covering. He very respectfully told me that we can conduct business outside by my car which I was completely fine with. He was friendly, polite and professional the entire time. I was frantic and had a flat tire and needed help so I could get to work. Brian was truly amazing. He was caring, informative, and extremely helpful in the situation. I didn’t even have an appointment; I was a walk-in. I was in and out in about an hour! Thank you so much to Brian and everyone there!!!!!

They scratched my rim, then said there is NO WAY the tire touches anything that could scratch the rims. But while dropping off the car we saw them pull tires off and hit the concrete floor. Keith the manager was rude. WILL NEVER GO BACK DISCOUNT FOR A REASON GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Great experience at Discount Tire, Canton on Ford rd. Brian was amazing! Had an issue with a tire stem, he took cate of it immediately, checked all my tires, and made sure I was safe to go. Would recommend you stop and see Brian the next time you need tires or a tire repair! I will definitely be back when I need to get new tires!
Dave is awesome! After being blatantly lied to by a competitor I left and came to discount. Dave hooked me up and I was in and out in half an hour even though it was near closing time! Came back today for a patch job on my other vehicle which they did for no charge! Very thankful for the help & everyone on staff is super friendly, polite, and helpful!

A ginormous THANK YOU to Louis! I pulled into Discount Tire well past closing time with a hope someone would help me. Everyone was cleaning the shop before going home. Louis stopped what he was doing to ask if he could help. I was only looking to have my tires filled up. Louis kindly shared they were closed. I shared my concern for my tire light on & my family’s safety in the car. He could have easily directed me to the nearest gas station for self serve air but no not Louis!
