I made an appointment online knowing it would be busy, and they did honor it. Got me in right away, took care of my issue and everyone was very courteous and efficient. They still understand the value of customer service unlike so many other chains these days.

Discount Tire will charge you for the top-end tires, but put the low-end ones on your car. I've talked to several other former customers who have had this happen to them as well. Google "discount tire complaints"
Been coming here for the last 10 years, in and out professional service.
Once they got my car back there it took about 45 min and I was on the road the technician and the cashier attempted to explain everything they did and why but I was clueless so it went straight over my head but I appreciate that they tried
Bunch of liers in Canton. Second time on my FREE return for tire repair or rotation. They tried to scam us into buying new tires. No thanks I'll do business elsewhere.
