Great experience at this location. Friendly, professional staff. Ordered my tires online, setup an appointment, had me in and out of the store within a half hour. Tires PERFECTLY balanced, lugs properly torqued (NO warped rotors) and car delivered clean with no mess in the interior. Really couldn't ask for a better experience. Far exceeds every other tire shop I've ever used.
Went in because of a nail in my tire. They had me out in under an hour with no appointment. No charge by the way!

I ordered tires through Discount Tire website and set my appointment for install. At no point was I told that a deposit was needed to place the order. Two business days later I called to confirm my appointment for the next morning and was advised no tire order was placed. Nobody called to inform me and had I not called I would’ve found this out 8:30am when I showed up. Unacceptable customer service at Discount Tires
Most friendly place I have ever visited, came in about 20 minutes before closing, on a Friday, was greeted promptly and van fixed and they stayed till I was done! Awesome place, my hat is off to the management!
