The team did a great job, the customer service is outstanding, installed 4 new tires on our GMC Terrain and rotated and balanced the tires on our truck in a very short period of time. Thanks guys!
Just wanted to thank Jeremy at your Derby, KS store. I stopped by to get my spare tire aired up, as the tire pressure sensor was illuminated on my vehicle. I expected to make an appointment to come back later as they were really busy, but Jeremy knowing my wife and little one were in the car dropped everything and took care of us. Great employee, you're lucky to have him!

This was our first time using Discount Tire and everyone was very friendly, spoke to you as if they've known you for years. As I sat there waiting for my tires to be changed there was no lack of customers but yet my vehicle was ready long before I was told it would be, I was asked what use the tires would be for but they didn't try to upsell more expensive ones to me....I was pleased with the service I got and will go back again.
Based on a recommendation by my aunt, I went in to Discount Tire in Derby, KS because my lawn mower tire came completely unseated. My wife called and talked to Michael and he told us to bring it in and he'd look at it. I brought the tire in and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Michael didn't charge us a dime! My wife and her mom have always used Discount Tire when living in Texas. We have used the Derby location twice since moving to Kansas and each time the experience was great. Big thanks to Mike for all of his help today with getting 4 new tires and a new TPMS sensor all for under $375.00! It's good to still see some companies and businesses that go above and beyond to help a customer. Definitely will be back and recommend to others!
