First time using discount tires, it was the best experience I've ever had. First the web sit was awesome I was able to see if they had my tires in stock and then make a appointment to have my tires done. Once I got there they greeted me by name, (jake at the derby KS store, is who helped) the staff was very informed and helpful. I was in and out in a matter of 20mins. I very much will be recommending this company to my friends and family!!

These guys took us in 5 minutes before close And changed our tires. They are very friendly and very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional tire service.
I have bought 2 sets of tires in the past 6 months from them. The first set I delt with Jeremy, the manager. Great experience!! He helped put my tires on my 06 eclipse. My second set, delt with Joshua assistant manager. Also great! He helped in the freezing cold dec26 rain/ ice put tires on my Ford Edge!! Great pricing!! Even better service!!

Really happy with my experience. They were really professional and did a great job explaining what they were offering. They were also really fast, it took less than an hour to mount and balance four new tires even though they were pretty busy right before closing. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know, and I will for sure get my tires from here from now on.
