I am very disappointed with the appointment system. Our son had to wait over two hours last May to get his summer tires installed and now my husband has been waiting for over an hour to get snow tires despite appointments in both cases. "We are swamped" and " people come in without appointments" is no excuse.

Went in due to a flat the tire was a complete loss but they helped me so much and was able to get another tire on my car so very thankful for the service the staff provided!
