Bought brand new 34" tires and new wheels. A week later everything came in so they called me to schedule an appointment. I book it for the following weekend and asked for confirmation all 5 wheels and tires were in. Guy said yes, I have eyes in them. I show up to my appointment early, they get me in late, then tell me half an hour in AFTER my jeep in dismantled that they in fact only have ONE of my 5 tires. Went to the Dublin Blvd. Discount Tire after getting a nail in the sidewall of a tire on my 2015 Mazda 3 hatchback. Went here in the first place because they're one of the only places to stock a 215 45R18, but wow, what service! I showed up shortly before they opened and was fourth in line. As soon as the clock hit 8:00 am, the shop doors rolled up and the manager held open the door for the customers. I bought my tires here about a year ago and every time I come in to have my pressure checked the staff is extremely friendly and the service is quick. Excellent customer service :)!!!
I've always loved you guys and we were very loyal but last time I came in for a slow leak they said since the tire had an old plug they would not put it back on my truck and that my spare was no good. The plug was in a totally different area. I asked if that was a law or a policy and the sales person could not say. The tires are only 3 years old and have tons of tread but the man tried to sell me 5 new tires, it really felt high pressure since they would not even put my tire back on the truck.
