I love Discount Tire! I had a roofing nail in my tire and they responded to me quickly and efficiently. Removed the nail, fixed my tire, and I was on my way....FREE!!! Gotta love it. I have purchased several sets of tires for previous cars and have always been happy.
Just purchased 4 new tires and 4 new rimes to go along with them and I just want to say James Aragon, the salesman that helped me, is a class act and true professional! He listened to exactly what I had to say and what type of tire I was shopping for. Never once did James try to pressure me into buying something I didn't ask for and he's recommendations to what would be best were spot on and well within my price range. Also, James helped me to fill out my rebate form which amounted to $260 that I will be getting back!!!
Excellent service today. Finally found time to take off the annoying mounted winter tires, and replace worn A/S tires onto Spare alloys. Arrived at 4.55pm and I was out by 5.40pm. I was even entertained by the crew performing butterflies with my tiny 14" assemblies. Thank You.
Was just at Woodmen Discount tire to get my winter tires taken off. Was waiting in the lounge when to my horror, I noticed a tire tech with dirty clothes, with obvious floor dirt on his backside from adjusting vehicle lifts, get in a customer car to move it in, oblivious to his dirty clothes ! So my attention was on high alert and soon, another tire tech,with similar dirty clothes went out to get in my vehicle and move it in. Discount tire has always been concerned with the customer and their safety. Yet this time they really out did themselves. It was a very busy day for them but Isaiah realised that there was a serious concern with my tires and fit me in and fixed them on the spot. I was so grateful for his help and amazing service.
Oh goodness! Discount Tire blew my mind with their their friendly good repair and keeping the customer first! Fair to say the earned a customer for life!! Update: Got a nice set of new tired today. Can't say enough good things about these guys. They are knowledgable, care about their customers, friendly, all in all a wonderful place!!

As many of you know, Discount Tire rotates tires for free. I went in this afternoon for this service & remembered over the last 3 years, I have always been appreciative of their welcoming & helpful staff. While I was waiting, I walked over to Subway across the street & got them an assortment of cookies.
