worst customer service ever. they attempted to steal my lock lugs. I demanded they return them and he stated that he was keeping. also, my tire gauge light is now on in my car and I have to pay to have it corrected. I refuse to return my vehicle to Discount tire. Manager is very unprofessional screaming at me across the parking lot.

Went to get my blistered tire warrantied out, this location didn't seat my new tire properly, tried to use weights to keep me from feeling it, and after installing a second tire still did not properly balance my wheels and tires. I went to the 8th street location to finally have the balance and rotation completed correctly.
We live in Iowa, our daughter is in college there. We called them and they took great care of her for us. Nick was awesome.!! Thanks to all the guys for your fast and excellent service.

You have my business!!! We’ve brought all our vehicles here and today just reminded me why... brought my BMW X5 in with a tire that kept going low on me, Aaron greeted me out front, found the issue, and in less than an hour (after getting me a same day appointment!) they fixed my tire, replaced my valves, and charged me $0.00!!! Thank you!!!
