Kudos ! Thanks for the free tire air check service. Driving in from Chicago and my car is telling me all 4 tires are low. I stopped at a local gas station only to find their air compressor doesn't have enough power to air up my tires and I loose a valve stem cap in the process. I have the flu and feel like crap. Your guy Andy filled all 4 tires and replaced a missing valve stem cap for FREE and I didn't even have to get out of the car ! Thank you and Merry Christmas !
I've purchased multiple sets of tires from them over the years and have gone in for simple repairs and to just fill up my tires. I have used the Elgin, Schaumburg and Carpentersville stores. Have had great experiences at all three locations. Discount Tire has been very supportive to my car club THE HERD and its members as well. You go to Discount tire and you are treated like family.

My tire light had been on for a week. I took it to Discount tires this morning to have them put air in the tire. The tech told me the tire had a nail and the pressure was so low that they could not fill it. I went to work and stopped back this afternoon. They took my car in right away and fixed the flat. 20 minutes later, The tech called me outside to my car and told me everything was OK now.
