A neighbor had told me he heard a noise from my car that sounded like something was in one of my tires. I had heard good things about this location, so I stopped in at 4:30 today (they close at 6). Great people to do business with.
Every time, without fail, they have come through for me without jerking me around. I came in hoping to have one tire fixed (slow leak due to a screw) and they hooked me up with 2 almost new tires to make sure everything is balanced and rides better....for less than I would have paid for the repair on one tire! DJ is awesome, and the guys are so quick! Thank you guys for genuinely listening to your customers and looking for the best possible solution!
Not likely going to the Carpentersville, IL location anymore. I had a 1pm apt and arrived 8mins early, checked in a sat down to wait till my car finally was ready at 2:40 pm. I’m very understanding when I’m told you’re running behind but for me to sit there that long without being told is frustrating and poor customer service. Additionally, for me to have to ask why it took so long when I was finally informed my car was ready just topped the cake. Great customer service! Free air check!!!
My air pressure light had been on a couple days but I figured it was just the cold, but when I braved the weather to go to the gym today I noticed it looked low when I got there. So after my workout I decided to drive on over the Discount Tire. While driving I could tell something was wrong but I just figured it was getting flatter. Bad customer service. They would rather chat with each other than help customers.
They were wonderful. Ordered me a new tire but when they took the old one off found out they could plug my tire that only had 2300 miles on it. Took out there and all 4 of my tires.
