Can’t tell you how happy I am with the service I received this morning. The guys were great this morning. Took care of the screws, patched the tire, balanced it and got it done in under 30 minutes. Was frustrated with my situation but not any more. Great group of guys.

Discount tires Chicago distribution center delivered 3 tires 225/60/17 but the fourth one is 225/60/18. Distribution center doesn’t know to verify the delivery 🚚. Then Discount Tires tech broke 3 rotor bolts on the rear tires. I have no choice to leave my car at the store overnight for the next day delivery and repairs
They were very nice. I had a flat tire, they were busy and said it would be two hours but it was only half that time. Jarod ordered another tire for me , will be in tomorrow.
I don’t recommend this particular location. Last two time here, for routine balance and tire rotation, the techs are in such a hurry to get you out the door, especially when it’s a “non revenue” job, they managed to strip a stud or lug nut. So the tech puts on a mis matched lug nut and tries to send me on my way. After the store manager tries pass it off that my car is old and this happens all the time he finally honored my request to replace all 6 lug nuts on that wheel.
