I had to get my tires balanced a week or two ago. While I was waiting the staff was pleasant and super friendly! They answered all my silly questions and kept me entertained in the short period of time I was there. Thank you Zach and Chris for not thinking I was weird for asking so many questions! I will be coming here for any tire work :)
Yesterday I bought 4 Han kook tires. I walked in the store with only 360 dollars in cash. I said is there something you can get for that price. The store manager, who was very polite and excellent in his job of customer service. Assisted in finding me a price. He stated that I noticed you are a first responder and firefighter. Whether I'm buying tires or just an air check, I'm always greeted with a smile & exceptional, professional customer service. I bought my 1st set of tires in 2012, bought another today. I'm never treated like an inconvenience when I stop for an air check. Best service in town. Have always gotten me the best price in the area.

Horrible service ! Dropped car off for four tires. 5 hours later went and picked it up but had not even started it. The guy said " ya that car hasn't moved at all" . Seriously HORRIBLE customer service. What a joke!
