RecommendedI’m always impressed with the customer service here! I pulled up to their ”tire inflation space”... I didn’t even get out of my car and someone came out immediately to assist me. Yes, they could’ve just put air in my tire however, they asked a couple questions and offered to take my tire off and check for holes since it has apparently a slow leak. First time to this discount tire I made a 1:30 appointment with Adam and it’s now 2:25 and my truck still has not been brought in the shop I will never come back to this discount tire.
I when there Saturday to get tire rotation I waited there two hours left today I notice tires air pressure was not the same on all tire I had one tire 15 psi 26 30 I when and ask the guy why tire psi was same on all tire he told me was cuz of cold weather i ask they guy can’t you fix told me two hours that person there is the most antisocial person I have ever meet in my life I never go there again �
Discount Tire has exceptionally fast service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have helped get our cars back on the roads quickly many times!
Love this place. I really only needed three tires which they didn’t have so they ordered them from another store. The truck came the next morning and my tires weren’t on it so they gave me four brand new Michelin tires for practically the same price as the three Continental tires that I had ordered. $100 less out the door then the Honda dealership in town. I will always recommend Discount Tire, and especially the Waite Park shop to anybody I know who needs a tire or tires.
