Worst service ever, by far!! 5.5-6 hrs later...I have been attempting to get 4 new tires from you for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee since yesterday. Your service techs made multiple mistakes on my vehicle and so now I am wasting half my Saturday on trying to get new tires STILL and you have done nothing to fix this horrible customer service or try and fix this at all. You actually tried to charge me more for your mistakes??!! I have never heard of such a thing. I should have gone to a higher end tire place and paid more-at lea... read more
