It was closing time when I pulled up as a passenger in a tow truck, with two blow tires. They graciously said, "We'll fix you up" without any hesitation. It was such a relief and I'm so grateful. A true testimony of Micah and the crew putting the customer first! Thank you Discount Tire!
Every discount is run differently I suppose. These guys seem to run at a glacial pace. Zero hurry in watching them work. 1HR 25 minutes so far and not busy at all. Expecting another 30 minutes at minimum.
They are amazing here. Quick, friendly and always willing to assist their customers. I always leave there with confidence, knowing I made a great choice.

Awesome experience today. I had a huge screw in my tire and they were able to get is fixed up with no charge. David and Brendan inside just asked that I come back when I need new tires. Great service from the techs outside in the heat. They were all smiling and really working their butts off out there for the customers...
