Staff s friendly and helpful. I had an appointment but had to wait a little while but they got me in and out in a reasonable time. I've used them for about 3 years now and any time I've had a pronlem they have taken care of it

Had tire rotation done and a part was not put back on my rims, I didn't notice for a few days. I called and no problem stop in and we will order a new one. Not once did I hear you must of lost it or have to check with the guy who did it. Not once. Just sorry that happened and we will order a new one. Discount Tire Customer for life
Didn't honor the warranty and then I watched costumers behind me leave before my one tire got replaced. All they gotta do is put it on the rim.
After using Discount Tire for years, I'm tired of spending max money � on tires, factory warranty, road hazard warranty, only to have the last two sets wear out prematurely (I religiously rotated and balanced the past tires) and after some money back due to premature wear and dissatisfaction, still have to spend huge bucks for a new pair. I'm done.
