I purchased a used van the tires were like new. Had a slight vibration set up appointment with discount tire to have tires rotated and balanced. When my vehicle was ready the gentleman told me I had one tire maybe two that were hard to balance. They ended up putting those two tires on the front of my van to where now the steering wheel is shaking out of your hand. Call them and all they wanna do is sell me new tires. RecommendedExcellent service! I sent my daughter today to have one of the TPMS sensors rebuilt on her car. She got home and I asked her how much it cost and she said free of charge! Granted we bought tires here a couple years ago but I was not expecting her to walk away without owing a dime!

We brought our vehicle in to a scheduled appointment for 4 new tires and were told the appointment was incorrectly scheduled on a different day. We had to wait several hours for them to "work our car in." There was no apology, offer to make it right, nothing. Then when we were finally able to pick it up, the technicians had broken a lugbolt off of each tire, for a total of 4. Again, no apologies, offer to make it right, or anything. RecommendedI got new tires in December. Three times one of the new tires kept going down and I would take it back to the place I originally bought the tires and they were less than helpful. I took it to Discount Tire today. Fixed in under and hour. I normally buy my tires from this place, but they are closed on Sunday so I had to use a different place. If I could give these guys 10 stars instead of 5 I would. They are always great. Thank you Chase and Team today.
