I've been using Discount Tire for several years with no complaints. Last night, my mom had a blow out on the Creek Turnpike, and the AAA guy was unable to locate the socket needed to remove her tire. I showed up at Discount Tire 20 minutes after closing, and they graciously allowed me in, and gave me the needed socket without allowing me to pay. I will be a customer for life!
All the employees are always very pleasant. Very knowledgeable. Will always get my work done at Discount Tire.
My daughter had a flat in the area of Tulsa Hills. I don’t live in Tulsa but I called their store to see if they could help her. After speaking with Baron, he told me that the manager, Scott, would go to her location and look at the car and see what he could do to help her. Thank you, guys. The staff at the Tulsa Hills location is always very kind and makes us feel like we are their number one priority. Even if we go at peak times, someone is always regularly making sure they are keeping their customers updated on how vehicle progress is going. It is awesome to be able to go in for just a patch for from a nail in the tire free; and with just only needing that taken care of, and not be pressured into just buying new tires unnecessarily to make a buck. Just went to the Tulsa hills location and was super impressed with customer service!! I was there for about a half hour and could not believe the customer respect I was overhearing I am very impressed!!
AMAZING company!! My daughter and I both got tires here this week. Such a great company always willing to help and work with your budget! So much better than the company next door!
Just had ANOTHER great experience. Scott (the manager) is first class. He remembers his customers and always seems to have their satisfaction at the forefront of his mind. I have no idea if they’re the cheapest place to buy or not. I’ve heard they have great pricing though. But I couldn’t imagine buying from anyone but Scott. Thanks again.
This is my 3rd set of tires purchased from this location, with an appointment I’ve never waited longer than a hour. Great service from all the staff.
