Took my daughter's car in expecting to be sold tires, get the high pressure sales pitch, only to find out she had a slow leak, an easy fix, and was able to leave without spending a dime!! That NEVER happens! When I asked why, he said that he wanted us to remember them when it IS time to get new tires. That is a guarantee for this lady! Thanks guys!!!
I love how they greet you at the parking lot/door! Free coffee, free bottled water while you wait is a bonus
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. They are always friendly, helpful, and put customer safety first. When I initially bought my tires, I had a set picked out before I went in to the store. The gentleman who waited on me said I was probably choosing too much tire for my needs, and guided me to better suited tires that were LESS expensive. Who does that? They have fixed our flats, replaced one tire blown out on the interstate, and are always willing to do a quick safety check before a road trip.
My daughter took her car in to dealer for oil change and asked them to check a e tire that was losing air and was told her tire couldn't be fixed she would have to buy new tire but decided to check out couple other places, and discount tire said they would check it out, found a small nail and fixed it for free! I call that outstanding service and they've won themselves a loyal customer���
Stopped in at all the major tire places in town today pricing tires. Discount tire not only had the best price but the staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Thank you Steve and Donny for the great service.
