They had to order my tires in and had them when they said they would. It's about a fifteen minute drive from my house to their tire center. Just 30 minutes after leaving my house my car was coming off the rack completely finished.
Discount Tire got me right in when they first opened. Explained to me what I needed for my tire. I needed a new tire sensor. They changed it out took about 30 minutes. Was very happy with the service. Would use them. Thanks for the great work and friendly staff.
The customer service was ok but they wouldn't patch my tire because according to them and the "rubber association" it wasn't patched correctly the first time. I've never heard of this anywhere else when getting a tire fixed. They were really pushing me to buy a new $200 tire. They refused to put my tire back on when I asked them to. About 2 months ago my 21-year daughter purchased a set of 4 tires from this Discount Tire in Papillion. On Saturday she had a vibration in her front end, I drove the car and felt as if there was a balance issue. The tech balanced one tire and said that should fix it. Second, after getting the new tires her TPMS sensor keeps give a warning. Just stopped in to have my daughters drivers front tire looked at. It had a slow leak. They found a screw in the tire and fixed it for free. We didn't even buy the tires from them. We certainly will buy from them when needed. Thanks Discount Tire!!!
Thanks to Brennan for his excellent service and for keeping this Grandma safe with my new tires. I went in to get tires on my grandsons car and his review of my car revealed the dire need for my car- so reasonably priced and such great service!
