RecommendedProfessional and well mannered. The tires I wanted showed in stock online but in the store they didn't have them. Yes, they offered a different tire that was a little bit more, but easily price matched the online tire when I asked. Riley was professional and accommodating.

Shout out to Discount Tire for helping a girl out today!!!! Super nice guys! So disappointing to find out my tire had a shoddy repair done on it previously & wasn’t able to be repaired. I started panicking just a bit when i thought i would have to drive my car away with the spare still on my front tire! You guys are amazing and gave me a new tire with a note saying they just wanted me to be safe. I received an invoice for $0.00. Appreciate you guys taking care of me!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. My husband took my car tire there a few months ago and they patched it for free. Then today He took his truck there to remove a (rather ridiculous) locking lug nut and fix a flat. They got him in and out really quick and only charged us $10. Definitely earned repeat customers for life.
I thought the Papillion location was great and recommended it to all of my friends, family and coworkers. I purchased new tires several months ago, however and feel that their true colors come out after the sale. The service after the sale is non-existent. They advertise free rotations and balancing...if you can get an appointment that they will honor. These guys are great! They fixed one tire and rotated my tires for free and they even stayed a few minutes late to finish.
They sold me tires that only lasted 25k miles, and introduced a significant wobble to my steering wheel after the first tire rotation. Three trips back to the shop before they could figure it out and correct it. They replaced my tires, free of charge, but having to go back to their shop multiple times to correct their problems was not only a nuisance, but unnecessary. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Very pleased! Brian was great! Quick same day service, comfy waiting area, polite service techs. 10/10 would recommend.
