I'm an honest person and a loyal customer for many years. But I'm pointing out the weakest link in this area. If you are to offer free air check to both non customers and customers. And I assuming they are customers who purchase tires and wheels. You need to pick up this section of the bay area. Do not let a single customer waiting in line for more than 5 minutes. I on the other hand waited 30 minutes, 10 in the parking lot and 10 inside the bay and 5 to have all four tires checked. I needed them check since you sales person... read more
Best Tire Center Ever!!! Great customer service. The prices are incredible.
First time there and the service was okay till I got home and checked my trunk. The spare tire was just thrown on top of everything instead of putting it back in it's proper place. Job was not finished as far as I'm concerned. Never had this problem at Walmart.
I love Discount Tires been with them for 5 or 6 years and service is amazing.
