Great prices and even more important, GREAT Service!
WORST service I have ever received concerning buying/replacing tires. Went in at 3:45p and placed my order for 4 tires to be replaced on my truck. By 5:30p my truck still hasn’t been moved or worked on. At that same time there were over a dozen of people still waiting for their vehicles and POB closes in 30 mins and employees were still accepting customers......WTH ! Asked for refund and taking my business elsewhere tomorrow.
Take my car for a new tire. Waited over two hours. Look thru the window and the employees are hauling ass. Looks impressive. Supposed to get new tire and rotation. They give mw my keys saying everything done. Get home later in the evening to check the new tire. New tire but no tire rotation!! They probably think you wont notice. SLOW DOWN AND CHECK YOUR WORK. Now I have to go back!!!! You will here from me Monday
