The customer service at this was absolutely phenomenal! I literally drove up and Mike was outside helping me. I wasn't sold anything unnecessary and was given the absolute best deal on what i needed. Thank you guys so much for all your help and service! I can feel secure driving to Cali this summer :)
My daughter came to visit us here and found she had a nail in her tire. We drove to Les Schwab where the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We left and found Discount Tire...thank goodness. Super friendly, professional and quick to get my daughters tire fixed for her drive back home. Thank you Discount Tires.
They patched my tire for free! Just gave a $tip whoever worked on it
Tires are good. Employees are good. Had issues with locking lug nuts not coming off. Employee reefed with a hand lug wrench and stripped my adapter. I understand things happen but the issue here is lack of the right tools to do the job. Now they have been beating on the but with various wore out but removers and I'm waiting. Good guys. Corp get then good tools so this crap doesn't happen. Worst experience ever at discount tire. In Lakewood wa.
