Very disappointed in the service at this Discount tire. The wait time was over 2 hours long and there was one service rep in the front that was rude to a customer and was telling a customer not to flip out. The customer was upset due to the fact his car was not ready at 4:30 pm when he had dropped his vehicle off at 9 in the morning. A tire blew on our car and it had 20K miles left on warranty and was given discount for two brand new tires and was in and out with 45 minutes.
Best service ever! I am officially impressed. Went in for a flat. They had to order a tire from Corpus Cristi because no one closer had this tire. (Nail in the sidewall) It never arrived. They are giving me a new set of tires since mine are discontinued. Great Service! Thank you for taking care of me, Brandon! On another note, ALL Discount Tires are closed noon to 3 today for Good Friday! I am even more impressed!
