Went in to get a flat fixed on my parents car, they took all the information they needed. They inspected the tires which took close to ten minutes. They then decided to ask if I made an appointment, then tell me they might be able to get it done by the end of the day. They should have started out with needing an appointment. Not wasting my time or theirs. Not good service at all. They are the only tire shop I’ve found screwing up customer service. Go to les Schwab , S&S tire, or Best Tire Center.

Been going to this place for over 20 years until now. They refused to help me with a warranty issue on my tires. Customer service doesn't mean crap to them.
We have been coming to Discount Tires for years. Being Military we have been all over and every location we have gone to has been very friendly.

This morning I brought my car into these Essential Heroes to have a slow leak looked at. I was certain I would be spending $272 for a new tire because they did find a screw that was causing the issue of the leak. Nope! It cost me nothing! I was in a out quickly with the most amazing social distancing tactics!

Update: Thank you Dominik for hearing my concerns and making things right. I'm still a loyal customer and recommend Discount Tire for our Tire needs. Original: Normally I would say yes. I really didn't want to say no, however today has me feeling very ambivalent. Okay so I came in before 10am today for a plug to fix a slow leak (after coming in yesterday at 4pm to get air in my tires).
