Snakes, trying to get more money out of you than they have to. My husband went in to have my tire repaired and they refused to repair it claiming that it was unable to be fixed because I rode on the tire (which I didn't not even for a second). They just wanted my husband to pay for a whole new tire. I know this for a fact because the dealership had no problem fixing my tire without replacing it.
It took me 11 minutes to get helped. Apparently for Raul, Signing for a FedEx delivery of tire weights is more important than a customer waiting to be helped. Moreover, customers that get there to pick up there vehicles have priority over the ones waiting to be helped. Frank did apologize for the wait and mentioned that there are short handed all over the shop. Great customer service shouldn't be affected if the shop is short handed.
