Overall I had a good experience just the wait time is pretty crazy ! They said it was going to take 2hrs and I ended up being there for about 3 1/2 hours
I've been a Discount tire customer for about 25 years. I've bought tires for seven vehicles, shopping at seven stores in five cities. In all that time I've only had a couple disappointing experiences and only one problem. That's a pretty good record. I won't go anywhere other than Discount Tire. Wednesday was my second experience at this particular location and I am very satisfied. Everyone was polite and helpful. I'm making this my preferred location in El Paso.

Very professional and friendly staff. Was here 10 minutes before opening and there already was a line of people. 8 o’clock on time they opened the doors and everyone came out to greet us and help us out fast. Thanks!
