RecommendedFast and efficient service
went yesterday to get my rims and tires and made a appointment for today jun 16 at 12 when i get there they took 30 min to get to my car and when they are doing the tires they told me they didn't have the forth rim and tire so i have to go again and reschedule. They had to order the lugnuts and forth rim for my car after "they had it ready for 12"

Went for a tire rotation back on Jan 18. They broke a center cap, promising to replace it. Now it's Feb 8, still waiting for them to replace it. No phone call from them...nothing. Who the hell is in charge?!

I found a nail in my tire and took it to Discount tire because I have a warranty with them. They advised me it was a 2 1/2 to 3 hr. wait. They were very nice and professional. I'm 7 months pregnant, and had my r year old in her stroller. One of the employees got the door for me. I sat and waited, and it only ended up taking 1hr and a half. They had my vehicle pulled up and ready to go. What an awesome experience!
I have been happy with the service provided every time I go there for a service. The service time was quick in and out in no time. Raul Minjarez was extremely attentive to my needs.
