As soon as I got a flat tire this morning, I called the store to set up an appointment for 5:30 when I got off work. Tyler who answered the phone said "you don't need an appointment. Just come on and in and we will see you right away." Not the case. I was told there was a 45 minute wait. I wanted to let you know what great service I received from Tyler at the 1990 E County Line store. I had a problem where my ABS, Brake and VCS warning lights came on and stayed on after a simple tire rotation. I had never seen these lights stay on before. Tyler helped me resolve the issue by sending me to someone who could read the codes for my Scion. But just before I got there, all the warning lights went out. i had purchased a set of foose rims from discount tire in new branfels texas and ever since they have been on my car it has been vibrating and they switched front tires 3 times and back tires 2 times and vibrating never stopped even after rebalacing of tires now i have my original camaro ss rims back on my car and no vibrating even with the tires that were on the foose rims so the foose rims had to be defected and im waiting for the manager daniel to tell me weither im getting my money back for those rims saturday saying he ... read more
In December waited 8 hours to replace 2 tires then ordered the other 2 tires the same day here we are 2 months later and still have not received them. Finally had to switch tire shop.
Two and a half hours AFTER my appointment time and my car hasn't been moved yet. Unacceptable. I was told one and a half to two hours until it was ready because they were "a little behind with their appointments". I'm glad I got really good tires so I won't have to come back for a very long time.
Not so much for discounts, but they do solid work.
