Came in needing a flat fixed that i'd changed out. they got it fixed and put on and tires rebalanced within about 30 minutes, for free. entire interaction was smooth, staff were all friendly.
In and out in a jiffy. Easy and affordable.

It will be along time before I consider Discount tire again, at least this location. I have been a very loyal customer and spent a lot of money with them in the past. I bought TKO wheels and the caps always fall off, it happened again due to the poor quality and design. Last time they just ordered a cap to replace it and now I get charged. Originally I ordered better wheels and Discount could only get two of them so I had to settle for the TKO, what a waste of time. Wow! Drove up at 6pm wondering if they were still open. They were getting ready to shut the doors but with smiles said, "No problem, just drive right in." Took the nail out, patched the tire, switched it out with the spare and sent me on my way in 10 minutes. No charge. We've bought our tires there but these were on a new car, not their tires. Love you guys!
During hunting season, I drive a lot of back roads and pick up more than my share of nails. I can always count on the guys @ Discount Tire to get me back on the road in a hurry. Keep up the good work.
