Nothing like them putting the replacement tire on the wrong wheel. ! Wth.
I was there one day they told me it would be a 2 hours so I just made a appointment for the next doy so ok that works but when I got there they took my good tire off my car and left the bad ones on and told me your all good so I had two new tires on the back of my car and had junks on the front witch they we're to take off and put new ones on won't be going back
Called ahead to verify stock on a particular set of tires for our vehicle. As soon as I pulled in Fidel walked out to my vehicle and greeted us. He answered all my questions and had my vehicle done within a little over an hour, quick and to the point. The only downside is the awkward entrance/exit to their parking lot but nothing they can do about that..
For my first visit to DTC, I couldn't have had a better experience! Paul and Jamie were extremely helpful and professional, and I can give this location 5 stars hands down. The process was not stressful (bought 4 tires), and the wait time was faster than I would have expected for a Saturday afternoon!
Great place with great prices but they are so busy it takes forever to get service. I really need a tire repair (under Road hazard) and tire rotation, but I can't wait 2 hours or more for service. They just don't have enough people working there. If they were faster, I would rate the business a 5/5. But don't expect anything less than 2 hours for service!!
I've always came here when i needed new tires. I've called around at other places and discount tires is always tge cheapest. Customer service is great. I highly recommend coming here
