Great little shop. Super polite and accommodating. My tires needed to be re-balanced after my powdercoater mounted them, these guys got me in before closing (walk in), took care of me, and got my truck riding as smooth as glass again. Thanks again guys! I'll definitely be back
Spent a lot of money at discount tire. Had an appointment and 2 hrs later my car is done. I saw 3 customers upset cause they had 3 hour plus waits. I asked the guy who works there and he says that this is normal. He says its above my pay grade and the managers pay grade to accommodate appointments. So i know after spending thousands of dollars with them. Im done.
Had a great experience here today! All the floor salesmen were engaged and friendly, and Fidel really helped me stay within my budget and figure out the best tire choice. In and out, and on with my day in about an hour.
They help unload my Camaro winter tires from my truck, remove summer tires, install winter tires on Camaro, rebuild one of the TPMS sensor because it was leaking and then help me load Camaro summer tires on my truck all for free, best customer service of any business bar none, highly recommend
Another awesome experience at discount tire. They are friendly and efficient, even on a busy Saturday. Thanks for finding affordable tires that will be good for winter months and all the driving I will be doing.
