RecommendedWe have both purchased tires from this location off Discount Tire in the past few years. The staff at this store had to look really hard to find the small nail in my front tire that has been causing me grief the past week. Thank YOU to the guys who assisted my husband this morning - and they did it FREE of charge!! Discount Tire has a lifetime customer in me!!! Paul and the entire staff here rock it out! We will definitely be back for all of our tire needs. :)
As long as I had an appointment they were done within an hour, but we did go on a Tuesday in afternoon which wasn’t too busy.
Husband went to get his tires checked and waited in line 20 minutes, and they only took care of two cars in that time...The third car, they were just standing and talking, what kind of service is that, I realize its free. This is not the first time that this has happened, I didn't realize this was a social event for your employees.

The general manager helped fix a problem tire today. He really made it right by replacing the tire in question after troubleshooting the problem personally after I had to come back when something was amiss. This was excellent customer service. He took his time to really fix the issue even though the weather was great thus they were very busy. I really appreciated that and that is why this location at 2845 Plainfield Rd in Joliet will always get my business.

Eric is on top of it. Communicated with me that my replacement tire would be in next day. It came in same day. When I returned he greeted me as I was getting out of my car. less then 10 minutes later I was on the road.
Only place I will go for tires. Always get the tire warranty even when my car was brand new.
Super friendly and efficient! And if you have an appointment it’s even better! I came in and even though there were walk-ins waiting they made sure they kept my appointment time. In and out in 45 minutes. Will definitely go back...thanks, guys!
