Had an appointment to buy a set of new tires...walked in the door, stood there and saw several employees walking back and forth, one lady at the counter, another customer winding up his business, which took a while....after standing there for about 10 minutes totally UNNOTICED and NEVER greeted, there was FINALLY a "i'll be right with you"...Discount Tire, people like to be greeted and acknowledged...after all, they are spending a fair amount of money in your store (when they could have chosen elsewhere). Great experience there twice in in the last month. I do my research and they are competitive. Great customer service, referred me to Stephens Automotive on Columbus Road in Macon, Ga. Great alignment job with a nice Hunter machine.
Went in this morning for tire rotation and balance. I was very pleased with the service that I recieved. I was in and out in a timely manner even though they were busy.
I arrived this morning at 8 AM, was warmly greeted in the parking lot, was advised about the condition of my tires, given options, my tires were rotated and balanced, and I was on my way at 8:14. The staff was uncommonly friendly and professional. A rare event in these times of poor service.
This is the absolute best tire place!!! I've gotten 2 sets of tires from them and they never disappoint me. They go out of their way to make sure you have exceptional service. It's not about the money for them; of course they have to stay in business, but it's more about you staying safe out on that road and being satisfied. I'll never go anywhere else!!!
Have bought last 5 sets of tires from Discount Tire in Kennesaw. While driving to Savannah we began having some shaking and bouncing during a rain storm. I called the store in Macon. They had us in and out with four new tires. Brandon and the team there were over the top with great customer service. Thanks to all!!
