We were on a road trip and our car was in desperate need of tires. Kyle and Chad worked diligently to ensure we could continue our trip safely. It was very apparent our safety was their top priority. I have purchased 3 sets of tires in the past 4 years for my vehicles from discount, but thanks entirely to the worst service I’ve ever experienced recently at the Macon location I will not purchase here again! Not only was is poor customer service but the tire Techs put 8+ balancing weights on almost every one of my tires during the last rotation. I ordered my tires online through Discount Tire Direct and had them shipped to your facility. 4/26/18 I had them mounted and balanced at your store. A very pleasant experience. The manager Mike, was a definite help and a great asset to the store and your company. Phillip Miner, was also a great help and even mentioned that I had a tire warranty replacement which resulted in a great savings. My wait was minimal for such a busy location.. I stopped in because my low tire light came on and they checked them and filled them for free. After they reset the light, the associate said the tires looked good but to watch the light. If it came back on to come back and they would check each tire due to most tires going low a lot due to the weather. Since we have bought many sets from them and been HIGHLY satisfied, when the light came back on after a few days my husband took it back. Wasted 3hr with an appointment when I first got my tires. Wasted 2hr to get them rotated and balanced, but they didn't even rotate them. Just left up there cause they said they weren't busy when I called and 6 customers with one employee inside. I won't buy tires from them again since I don't enjoy wasting my life away waiting for pitiful customer service
The guy who serviced me was very very friendly and professional but 56.00 dollar a price tires I bought 2 end up being 187.00 where as the next 2 I got from economy tire was 118.00 for 2 and they had more TREAD THAN THE NEW ones.i feel cheated money wise and I will not purchase any tires from there again log cabin rd location economy tires on Mercer has my business and all my family and friends
