So I'm absolutely shocked at my mamas tires and the condition they are in. Thank you God for keeping her safe until I brought it to get taken care of. Thanks to Discount Tire for always being amazing with your customer service and pricing. I called Stephen's automotive to get pricing on an alignment and without even looking at the vehicle he stated the whole front end would have to be replaced because it was shaking 😄 he stated that we would need new balls joints and tire rods which would probably be 1000 bucks. From the moment I talked to Rob, on the phone to order my new tires and wheels til I drove off with my new tires and wheels the entire process was super easy and everyone from the guys behind the desk to the guys changing my tires was extremely friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Wow! These guys ALWAYS go above and beyond to help their customers! I had a trailer tire blow out about a mile before I got to the Macon store to get a new set. I dropped my trailer, drove to discount tire, and told them my story. Mike and Evan were quick to loan me a 4-way and a foot jack. Had they not been extremely busy, they would’ve sent someone to remove the damaged tire. Keep in mind that it’s close to closing time.
