Service after the sale is a complete joke....company wide, not just this location. All they care about is selling new tires. If you need service like a rotation, balance, or in my case a flat repair, plan on sitting for 2+ hours while other people are taken care of before you. Free flat repair isn’t worth it when it burn up all your free time...
most amazing experience. even though I showed up 40 minutes after they closed, they replaced my tire so that I could get back to phoenix. They have an amazing staff there n I really appreciate them taking the time through am already stressful a night after getting a flat on the highway n getting me back on the road
Everytime I've come to this location, I've gotten great service. Cesar does a great job. I live close to the location on Calle Santa Cruz, but I drive the extra difference to come here. the difference between the two locations is like night and day. I'll continue bringing my car here
this location is one of the best in Tucson Arizona. The sales person AJ was fantastic very friendly held a good conversation and quoted me in an hour and 10 minutes and they were done in an hour and 10 minutes so I have a recommend this location to all
What a great staff they have super helpful, not only in the repair/replacement of tires. I was able to see them go above and beyond to help out a lady who was needing directions to someplace and then shortly after that turned out she needed some help with her tire it was definitely an amazing interaction. Will definitely tell everyone I know this is the Place to go!!
