I stopped in today and asked about a tire rotation. Was told it would be 45-60 minutes. Twenty-two minutes later I was out the door. GREAT SERVICE! Thank you Discount Tire.
I had an issue, nail in my tire and tire ended up being no good. Kalamazoo didnt have my tire in stock so he sent me to stadium to have them put my tire on, free of charge! Once i get to stadium they try to charge me for the tire, come to find out the guys in kzoo made a mistake, Ryan came to the rescue and covered the cost of the tire for me!! Thanks again.
I have had a fairly good experience all-around. I have purchased several tires here and I have purchased the warranty certificates each time. YOU WILL USE THEM, not because the tires are low quality but because, well....Michigan. I have taken the damaged tires back in with the certs and had no trouble whatsoever. BUY THE CERTS! The extra cost on the set of tires is small compared to buying a brand new tire(s) especially on a truck or SUV. Beware of discount tire. They are lying thieves. They took this poor woman's brand new tire and pretended to look at it and told her it needed replaced. All it had was a nail in the thickest part of the tread. A simple plug would have fixed it. But they made her buy a new one. Good thing she had insurance. But it still cost her sixteen dollars. They are highly dishonest.
I drive 10 minutes and past another Discount Tire to come to this one. They haven't ever let me down.
