I made an appointment with them, but saying that when I got there I had to WAIT IN LINE FOR SOME TIME. So they had no idea that I had that appointment and what time. They need to have a paper that u sign in and what time.

Was going to come in earlier in the week but didn't have time to wait around. So waited 2 days longer then I wanted to to make sure I wouldn't wait so long. So I made a 4pm appointment. Not only did I show up at 4 and have to wait in line 15 min but as I was finally seen they told me I would go to the top of the list. As I have Sat here by the window looking into the shop that has proved to be a crock... they have pulled every person's car who was in line before me and without an appointment into the shop.
