Awesome company. Brought my SUV in for a set of wheels and tires. Hooked me up with $200.00 off. Asked how much for a set of tires for my truck if I brought it in the same day and the manager told me that if I bought 3 he’d give me the 4th one for free. And these where $300.00 tires. This was about 10 years ago. Been a loyal costumer since. Know them by name and more than happy to recommend to anyone knowing that they will be taken care of.
when my husband came home with a flat tire I was devastated we really could not afford such a big expense at this time. I have been to many tire places in my years but never have been treated so well in my life. From the moment I walked in I was treated with such respect and kindness. They did a great job helping get a set of 4 tires that I could afford and had me in and out in less then an hour.
Great service, brought our vehicle in to fix a flat today (Saturday before Easter) and they were slammed but were able to work us in. Nick Y was our service guy and he did a great job, quick and efficient. There was an unplanned problem with the tire sensor that came up and they were able to get it replaced with a minimum delay.
So thankful for Discount Tire! After having bad luck with EVERYTHING else with my car, Discount Tire made getting a set of specific tires I wanted which weren’t listed on their website so easy! The only set available was in California, and they had them ready 3 days later! I had an appointment at 5:00, and was 10 minutes late due to another appointment and they had my car done in 30 minutes and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful! So happy with my tire purchase!
Had an appointment that was made for 4 pm showed up around 3:50. Let them know I was there and by 5 pm my van still was sitting in the same spot. I ended up leaving with my wife and going to dinner. So my tires got done some time between 5 and 7:30. What is the point of an appointment if I still have to wait an hour plus for my van to be worked on.
