This is the second week in a row I had unreasonable wait times for my tire rotation. My initial appointment on the 30th I had to leave from because after 45 minutes they hadn't even seen my car yet. I chalked it up to a bad day and rescheduled. I was told when checking in my car would be done in an hour or less because I had an appointment. 1:45 min later I was finally able to leave, even though my car was sitting outside done for at least 20 minutes but nobody gave me my keys and there was only one guy working the desk. It took 35 minutes to get my jeep in for a appointment that I made and I was 15 minutes early with a total of 45 minutes.
Great guys, friendly top notch service! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
