I got my new tires today. I left the store. went to the other side of Kalamazoo and got out and looked at the new tires and on all four of my tires was a missing lug nut. called them they said come back it's ok they will fix it. I got back manger never came out he was on the phone and the sale man said see that was fast fixing it. I asked for a refund for some for my trouble. I got 20.00 back that's it.. called corporate and still that's it 20.00.
First of all, you guys went to pick up the tires I wanted from a different store. Set me up with an apt the next day at 5:15pm. Well, I worked at 6:30pm and worried about time. So I came in early and you guys got me squared away before my apt even started.... Just saying, you guys rock. Quick, efficient, and so incredibly friendly. Thanks for everything guys. I remember Roger and I believe Matt, were both extremely helpful & patient. ☺️
Good price, poor service. 2 hour's for tire rotation with appointment, still got it wrong! Educate your employees....
The guy (can’t remember his name but he was Ginger) was extremely helpful and nice. Very pleasant atmosphere 😄
