Went for a tire but not a new one was looking for something cheap got a used tire with excellent thread at a cheap price thanks to the guy at discount tire he did a good job and got my business

Came in to get the rim I ordered put on and after 2 hrs of waiting they tell me it's the wrong one and proceed to tell me I "need" a new tire cause of "damage" as well. So they gave me a loaner to wait for the new one, which was nice, but they messed up my alignment so I feel like I'm steering left. A week later they tell me the right rim came in, so I come in to get it all done with and ask if they can fix the alignment cause it was off since the last time I was here. After making an appointment, checking in before the appointment asking how long it would take was told 45-60 mins. An hour and 15 mins later they had not started replacing two tires. Basically appointments and customers time mean nothing to this location.
I highly recommend Discount Tires I've been going there for years and have always gotten in and out fairly quickly yesterday was a little longer wait then anticipated but they were very busy and I'm sure people were getting new tires or repairs done for Holiday traveling so it was my fault for not making her an appointment and going in at a busy time so next time I would make an appointment but will still take my business to Discount Tires
