Good luck getting in. Every time I go there they tell me it’s a 2 hour wait. Even when no one e.se is there. What happened to Jason. He was awesome!
RecommendedShout out to Austin B who was super helpful with getting me new tires today!! He was so helpful and informative. I noticed my tire was super bald today and needed to be done now. He got me a great deal and was super fast with getting the replaced.
Awesome place. They were very fast and explained a lot all while dealing with my kids basically having a coloring book fest on the floor. Roberto was extremely nice.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I came in on a Saturday spoke to an assistant manager at 12:45 for a new tire. He tells me its going to be a few hours so he put my name down and told me to come back at 3pm. 3pm I come back and he tells me its still going to be a few hours. Why was I told to come back at 3pm. Why initially wasn't I told hey its going to be 5 hours or we might not get to it. Instead I was lied to and they wasted my time. Horrible experience! Recently purchased tires and within two days, 3/4 tires became deflated. Prior to purchasing the tires, I asked about the tread count, size, will they fit my rims and so forth. They assured me that I should not have an issue. Now on day 3 after filling up the tires with air, come to find out after going to another Discount Tire location, the loss of air was due to my rims. Unbelievable (POOR) service. My wife took her car in to have tires replaced. When she left, the car did not feel right. After looking it over, the break line was leaking. She took it back and they told her there is nothing they can do: that it was not their fault and they don't even repair brakes. They told her the car had 90,000 miles and asked if she even changed her breaks. Condescending! We do that ourselves by the way! They told her they opened a claim with corporate. Avoid this place.
