Fort Hill Discount Tire does a great job but why no WIFI for waiting customers? For such a customer focused company seems kind of 90s to not have wifi. Besides the convenience for customers it would seem to be a great opportunity for marketing and collecting customer contact info.
Thank you Mike, Ryan and Frank for making buying tires such a great experience. I recently purchased winter tires for my vehicle and within a week I had a double blow out due to a large pothole in Naperville. I brought the car in and they replaced the tires in less than 20 minutes! (I purchased the tire insurance). They are very knowledgable and make it easy to do business with them. These guys are awesome! We have been buying tires at this location for 10+ years and they never disappoint.
Assistant Manager Tim and his crew patched up my tire free of charge 10 minutes before closing even though I previously purchased my tires elsewhere. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back! ☺
